In this two-week generative writing workshop, we will study work by Christina Sharpe, Victoria Chang, Patricia Smith, Grace Talusan, Tyree Daye, and others. Using writing exercises and discussion of the readings, we will generate new writing that explores our own archives and artifacts; how they deepen our understanding of self, family, and the world; and how we can use them to build narrative in our writing.  

All genres and writing levels are welcome. All readings will be provided. Join us!
